Keith Mangum is a National Account Executive with CSSI. Since 2012, Keith works with commercial real estate owners, brokers, developers, lenders, CPAs and Tax Professionals. CSSI® – Cost Segregation Services, Inc. has saved taxpayers millions through accelerated depreciation and repair regulations studies. After an extensive international business career, Keith became involved with the solar power industry, wherein he learned of CSSI’s calculation capabilities in applying income tax savings for commercial property owners. Keith joined CSSI in 2012 and continues to enjoy bringing significant income tax savings to building owners. He regularly conducts Continuing Education Seminars to the CPA community, and has spoken at various industry events, including GASSA and NCSSA/SCSSA conferences and events.
