Stacey Gorman, a Senior Managing Director located in Atlanta, GA, is the founder of the Gorman Self Storage Group within Marcus & Millichap's National Self Storage Division, overseeing the Southeast region. With a focus on the self-storage industry, Stacey and her team have successfully concluded transactions totaling over $1.2 billion since 2010. Leveraging her background in finance and sales, Stacey consistently provides value to her clients, demonstrating a track record of securing optimal selling prices and identifying the perfect buyer for each transaction.

Grace Gerry Folger, based in Atlanta, GA, is an investment sales associate specializing in self-storage properties across the Southeast. She offers personalized guidance on the acquisition and disposition of self-storage assets, with a focus on the Florida and Georgia markets, where she draws on her roots as a Jacksonville, FL native. As a part of the Gorman Self-Storage Group, Grace prioritizes building strong client relationships to develop strategies that align with client's long-term goals. Grace holds a doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Florida. Her healthcare background reinforces her focus on client-relationship management, attention to detail, and operational efficiency, maximizing overall value for her client's storage assets.

Tommy Vollmar is an Associate on the Gorman Self Storage Group under the National Self-Storage Division at Marcus & Millichap. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Louisville and a Doctorate degree from University of Florida. He served as a commissioned officer in the US Army and continues to presently serve in the Georgia Army National Guard as a UH-60 Pilot. Having completed residential real estate projects, he developed a passion for real estate investing. In 2022 he made a career change to focus on real estate investments and brokerage by joining the Gorman Self Storage Group. He brings a diverse background of skillsets and professionalism to help clients grow their self-storage business with the ultimate goal to maximize their return upon the final sale of the property.
