Josh Huff is Co-Owner and CEO of Lighthouse Storage Solutions, which he runs alongside his wife and business partner Melissa Huff. The company helps self-storage operators nationwide with audits, consulting, third party management, training, drone photography, and marketing. Josh leads the marketing and technology side, handling the customer-facing pieces like websites, photography, and brand storytelling. He co-hosts the Gabfocus Self Storage Podcast with Melissa and speaks regularly at state and national industry events.

Melissa Huff, Lighthouse Storage Solutions

Melissa Huff is COO of Lighthouse Storage Solutions which she owns with her husband. She works as a business consultant focusing on facility audits, self storage operations and employee training. She recently teamed up with Haviland Storage Services to lead operations of their third party management services. She has been in the industry since 2007, working specifically in the area of operations. She co-hosts the Gabfocus Self Storage Podcast with Josh Huff and enjoys speaking at national and state industry events and contributing to industry publications.
