  Chaise Benton, Call Center Operations Manager

  Chaise, a Knoxville, TN native, holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Religious Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. After graduation, he spent time abroad teaching English before beginning his career in the building materials industry.

  In 2018, Chaise was introduced to the self-storage industry through a part-time role in sales and marketing. In 2020, he transitioned to a full-time position as a founding member of Copper Storage Management. Since then, he has held various roles across the organization, including Call Center Agent, Client Relations Representative, and Digital Marketing Specialist. He now serves as the Director of the Operations Center and oversees the company’s tenant insurance program.

  Outside of work, Chaise enjoys spending time with his fiancé, Crystal, and their children, Lincoln and Grey. Together, they love traveling, outdoor adventures, and playing and coaching sports.

  Today, Copper Storage Management has become the largest (non-REIT) 3rd Party management company specifically catering to remote self-storage facilities. Copper Storage Management currently manages almost 200 facilities nationwide and continues to grow at an unprecedented rate. The Coppers have also acquired and sold large portfolios of unmanned facilities under the brand Copper Safe Storage.
